Data, purposes and legal basis
We process the identification, contact and project information you provide to answer enquiries, prepare quotations and deliver requested services. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract or performing a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Invoicing, tax and accounting obligations are based on legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). Technical logs needed to protect the website are processed under our legitimate interest in security (Article 6(1)(f)). We do not make solely automated decisions with legal effects or build advertising profiles.
Forms and communications
Required fields enable us to identify and answer your enquiry; without them we cannot process the form. Phone and location are optional. Messages are stored in WordPress and sent to our business email. We do not currently send email advertising or subscribe you to a mailing list when you contact us. Any future marketing service will have separate information about its purpose and legal basis.
Service providers and recipients
We use BanaHosting for hosting and email, Apple Contacts for our address book, and STEL Order for quotations, invoices and customer management. These services may process the data necessary for their functions. We do not sell your data. We may disclose information to public authorities, courts or other recipients where required by law. Google reviews are displayed through the external Trustindex service only when you choose to load them; see our cookie policy.
International processing
Some providers operate internationally. BanaHosting describes infrastructure and processing in the United States and Europe; Apple services and Google/Trustindex content may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Locations and safeguards depend on the service and its applicable terms. You may request details about the providers and relevant safeguards at info@domotech-solutions.es. Retention
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to answer them and follow up on the requested work. Where a contract is established, records are kept during the relationship and subsequently for periods required by tax, accounting or liability obligations. Where applicable, access is restricted until the relevant limitation periods expire, after which the data are deleted. We do not retain information indefinitely for advertising.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable at info@domotech-solutions.es. Additional identification information will only be requested where necessary. You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing and complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
